Engine Parts for Earthmoving and Mining Equipment

Most engines do not need replacing. They need a head, a set of liners, or an injector that should have been changed six months ago. We supply engine parts for Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Cummins and Perkins engines.

What the Symptoms Point To

Blue smoke with rising oil consumption is rings, liners or valve guides. White smoke with coolant loss is a head gasket, a cracked head or a liner seal. Low oil pressure when hot points at bearings or the oil pump, and knocking under load means the bottom end is already going. Rough running and misfire usually come back to injectors or the injection pump.

What We Need to Quote

The engine serial number from the block data plate is usually enough. If you already have part numbers, that is quicker still. A photograph of the old part settles anything unclear.
